ActionWatch works collaboratively with both brands and retailers to create a faster growing, more powerful and more profitable core channel.
Insight – How We Do It
ActionWatch collects, aggregates and analyses data provided by a wide selection of Surf and Skate retailers. Participating stores share their sales and stock figures down to product level with ActionWatch each month. ActionWatch then checks, cleans and aggregates the data, before publishing the overall market data via a portal which is accessed by brands and retailers alike. Metrics shown include average value and volume sales per store, average selling price, average wholesale cost, average sales per store, average inventory levels and distribution penetration.
Action – How Clients And Partners Benefit
Retailers leverage the data to identify channel, brand and product trends. The insights derived from point-of-sale data help them enjoy more mutually beneficial relationships with brands, with timely data to prepare for sell-in meetings, enabling them to sell more products at higher margin while keeping customers happy. By looking at stock and sales levels across the market, they can also provide better support to their retailers.
